God’s Healing Voice
The usual case for me is that the understandings for workbook lessons come in waves throughout the day. Here is progression of understandings regarding Lesson 275: “God’s healing Voice protects all things today.”
Part One
God’s healing Voice protects all things today.
Let us today attend the Voice of God, Which speaks an ancient lesson, no more true today than any other day. Yet has this day been chosen as the time when we will seek and hear and learn and understand. Join me in hearing. For the Voice of God tells us of things we cannot understand alone, nor learn apart. It is in this that all things are protected. And in this the healing of the Voice of God is found.

First time I read this lesson, I was confused. No bars held. Barely remembered the title.
Knowing a workbook lesson is meant to be understood, I came back to it a few hours later. This time while reading, I was confused specifically about what could need protection? If “nothing real can be threatened”, what would need protective efforts of the Voice of God? This time I focused on these two sentences:
“For the Voice of God tells us of things we cannot understand alone, nor learn apart. It is in this that all things are protected.”
Then an understanding of these sentences clicked: all real things, truthful ideas and understandings, are protected from our misunderstandings because the Voice for God remembers and will give them to us. A synonym for “protected” in this case is “safely-kept”. Not guarded defensively as I originally thought.
Later, I came to it again. This time I had the additional idea that the “all things” that are protected are the divine truths that we have forgotten. I focused on the next sentence:
God’s healing Voice protects all things today.
For the Voice of God tells us of things we cannot understand alone, nor learn apart. … And in this the healing of the Voice of God is found.

By gaining the understandings provided by the Voice for God, our understandings of our identity and essence is more complete. We understand more and more the supremacy of mind over form, and the worries of form fall away.
Healing in these contexts mean 1) to complete, and 2) to make healthy, respectively. As we recognize our Self as God created us (complete our understanding of our higher Self), our experiences in the physical will reflect the new understandings (heal).
Part two
I returned to the lesson later and focused on these lines:
God’s healing Voice protects all things today.
Your healing Voice protects all things today, and so I leave all things to You. I need be anxious over nothing. For Your Voice will tell me what to do and where to go, to whom to speak, and what to say to him, what thoughts to think, what words to give the world. The safety that I bring is given me. Father, Your Voice protects all things through me.

Given what I understood from the first paragraph, this one seems to be suggesting leaving all concerns to be handled by the Voice for God ,through us. Meaning to literally allow in the moment actions to be guided by the Spirit.
Chapter 30 teaches that all behaviors are guided by one belief system or the other, so this suggestion to always choose the one guided by God can be considered the most reasonable decision.
